Return And Refund Policy
We strive to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Requirements:
A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof of damage or incorrect shipment.
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Resolution Process:
Once your request is verified and approved, we will either process a refund or dispatch a replacement within 2 working days.
Please note that delivery/transit time for replacements is additional and depends on the courier service.
